If you've looked at watering apps, you've probably seen Greg. It works out when each houseplant needs water from its pot, its spot and your weather. Questions about switching
Is Ezina cheaper than Greg?
No. Greg's paid plan is $29.99 a year after a 7-day trial, and plant ID and reminders work without it. Ezina is $70 a year at launch ($50 for Early Access seats), after a 14-day trial with no card.
Does either app show ads?
Neither shows ads in the app. Ezina's Transparency Promise commits to never running them, and Google Play reports Greg shares no data with third parties.
Can I move my plants from Greg to Ezina?
Not automatically. We found no export in Greg, so plants are added to Ezina one at a time or by photo identification.
Where can I use each app?
Ezina is in Early Access on iPhone and Android in the contiguous U.S. Greg is available on iPhone and Android, in English.
