We built Ezina for the whole garden, indoor and out, food included. Here is how the two compare on what they do, what they cost, and what they do with your data.

Give Dig an address and it pulls your lot line and your house, finds every tree around it from a laser survey, and casts their shade for every daylight hour. Seed to Spoon's beds are sized by hand, with no map of your yard.
From 1-meter elevation data, Dig shows where cold air settles and where rain runs and gathers, so beds go where they'll do well. Seed to Spoon dates planting by zip code, not by the spot in your yard.
Native status by county, and invasive status from 43 contiguous states' lists. Seed to Spoon has none we could find.
Tag the birds, pollinators and insects you see, count every species in the Life list, and see the wildlife a planned bed supports. Seed to Spoon has neither.
Set a room's temperature and humidity once and every plant in it waters to match, with a light meter to check a spot. Seed to Spoon has neither.
Send a link, and whoever's watering sees what's due and logs it without an account. Seed to Spoon has no way to share care we could find.

No. Seed to Spoon Premium is $46.99 a year or $4.99 a month, after a 7-day trial, and its free plan covers 10 plants. Ezina is $70 a year at launch ($50 for Early Access seats), after a 14-day trial with no card.
Neither shows ads in the app. Ezina's Transparency Promise commits to never running them. Seed to Spoon links to its own shop.
Not automatically. We didn't check whether Seed to Spoon can export, so plan to add plants to Ezina one at a time or by photo identification.
Ezina is in Early Access on iPhone and Android in the contiguous U.S. Seed to Spoon is available on iPhone, Android and the web, in English.
